Job Description:
• Support custody administrative staff, clients, and their agents with processing transactions, including but not limited to cash processing (deposits, wires, ACH transfers), transfers of securities internally or externally, document retention, research, report generation, etc. Answering phone calls from clients and responding to emails.
• Looking for someone with experience in the securities industry, preferably with a trust company or brokerage firm, working in a support position supporting more senior client servicing staff on the aspects of client administration.
• Ability to work on multiple systems; excel; word; basic office skills, securities industry knowledge.
