Job Description:
  • The inbound call agents will answer various questions and provide general support around any concerns or issues or questions the Member have. It's a straightforward call centre environment. The calls would be coming in through Six different queues and majority of them focus around either eligibility, billing or enrolment and they'll just provide general support and guidance around any questions they hear.
  • If necessary, they will escalate any, uncommon or urgent situations to a secondary team that would do additional research, but the production approach would be just the inbound agents who are answering the calls.
  • The agents will be taking 95% inbound calls and there might be 5% situations where the agents would be doing outbound calls which will be accommodated with scripts, and it will potentially be the same information which the agents will be answering on the calls.
  • The team will be selecting only a few who’d be eligible to go for the outbound calls.
Area/Function Responsibilities:
  • (Agent) 2 years customer service experience required, one year call centre operations and experience required along with familiarity with MS Office tools, Computer skills, good customer service experience along with good hold on talking / interacting with individuals.
  • (Team Lead) Minimum 1 year of managing a team along with 2+ years of customer service experience required, one year call centre operations and experience required along with familiarity with MS Office tools, Computer skills, good customer service experience along with good hold on talking / interacting with individuals.
  • Team lead would also be responsible for coaching of agents, training of agent, providing feedback regarding agent’s performance, the agents attendance, the agents growth.
  • The team lead might be required to take inbound calls during worst case scenarios.
