Process Engineer
Overview:
- This role will work with the TA COE team and Global TA team to complete a Value Stream Map
Job Responsibilities:
- Document end-to-end process flows for the global Talent Acquisition process, Including major process groups, and sub-processes, Including all personas in TA, Including leadership activities
- Identify and document global common work cycles and variances
- Breakdown and document tasks, task
- Break down each Talent Acquisition role into component parts, timing each part
- Provide recommendations on the most efficient method of working.
- Measure and document standard Time and Motion measures within Talent Acquisition personas and roles
- Provide evaluation of productivity per role
- Develop efficient working model to move execute project quickly: Stakeholder interviews, Documentation, Working Sessions
- Create and own weekly status reporting
Process Engineer Qualifications/Skills:
- Global process documentation
- Task grouping, and task documentation
- Task timing and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time In Motion documentation
- Proven ability to identify, assess processes and subprocesses
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (graduate degree preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma greenbelt or equivalent
- Experience with standard principles and frameworks like MECE, LEAN, TQM, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to identify operational efficiencies within global processes
- Experience in HR, and/or Talent Acquisition a plus
- Experience with Workday and/or Workday Recruiting a plus
- Visio, LucidCharts, or other flowchart software
