An Excellent Opportunity for Agile Scrum Master role to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank in Chicago, IL location

Must Haves:

  • Experienced in agile software development lifecycle
  • 3+ years of experience as a scrum master
  • Strong experience with Jira
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Strong Communication
  • Bachelor's Degree in information Systems and/or Computer Science

Day to Day:

  • Removes impediments to the ability of the team to deliver and is keenly focused on the activities and progress of the Agile project team
  • Obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation
  • Risk Management and Mitigation Planning
  • Responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one
