• Actively participate in the planning and implementation of complex onboarding projects
• Supports and assists Project Coordinator and Clients on complex onboarding projects.
• Provides implementation and operational direction by identifying and planning migration activities.
• Plays an active role in identifying and building improvement opportunities and solutions.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability of personal development through a continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking ways to increase capability.
• Assists in the management of complex migration for clients
• On-boards, enrolls, manages, and supports migration of specific complex services.
• Manages, plans, and tracks scheduled project timelines using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to the project team
• Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outcomes

• Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced environment, as this is an intense high-volume transaction role requiring above-average organizational skills and a proven capacity for coping with incoming and outgoing call/email volumes
• Proven technical understanding of complex file structures, connectivity, and ERP platforms.

• Five plus years of experience & strong subject knowledge in commercial payment services.
• Experience in complex migration activities
• Solid ISO 20022 industry knowledge
• French language proficiency is an asset
