Job description:
• Quality Monitoring
• Performs Quality Monitoring activities and business support functions for Enterprise Complaints team. The qualified candidate will perform reviews and demonstrate oversight for completion of complaint deliverables submitted by Frontline Units across the company, as well as assist with reporting and partnering with Front Line Units (FLU) to calibrate and gain consensus.
• The qualified candidate will be responsible for driving efforts and projects within the Initiatives Portfolio to support Operational Excellence (OpEx) principles within the team to optimize efficiency; thoroughly understanding the immediate organization and enterprise-wide processes, while continuing to identify opportunities, escalating, and debating risk opportunities.
Desired Skills: Knowledge of Bank's channels, programs, policies, standards, products, procedures and systems including Complaint policy, standard and related process within FLU/ Operations, Experience working in a high visibility, high pressure environment
Qualifications:
• 3 - 5 years of experience in quality monitoring, compliance testing or similar control function role
• Ability to accomplish deliverables within established service level agreements
• Ability to work across all Front Line Units and operating partners across the enterprise
• Strong process and controls perspective
• Ability to manage multiple work efforts simultaneously under tight timelines, works with a sense of urgency
• Detail-oriented to ensure quality and accurate work product with keen ability to roll up for executive messaging
• Ability to identify areas for improvement, challenge, recommend and drive action
• Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of gaining buy-in
• Building consensus and resolving conflict
• Strong proficiency with MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
