Position: ETRM/Endur Solution Consultant

Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid

Duration: 11 Months (Contract to hire) and FTE

Compensation: $90/hr to $180/hr (Hourly Salary); 110k to 180k Plus per annum (Annual Salary)

Sr. Mgr: 12+ years experience

$150 - $180/hr//165K - 180K plus 15% annual bonus

Mgr: 8-12 years experience

$120 - $140/hr//135K - 155K plus 10% annual bonus

Sr. Assoc: 4-8 years experience

$90 - $110/hr//110K - 130K plus 5% annual bonus

 ETRM Solution Architect:

• Our Client is looking for a Manager, ETRM Solution Architect to support the translation and construction of our clients’ business problems into creative technology solutions during this exciting time of growth for the energy and commodities sector.
• You’ll provide mentorship and direction to project teams, flexing your technical skills to develop solutions.

Your Impact:

• Engage with Business and IT stakeholders and implement client’s business requirements on ETRM products and/or bespoke systems
• Provide functional and technical leadership for ETRM software implementations centered on products, specifically ION RightAngle™, Allegro or Endur
• Lead requirements analysis, functional design, solution architecture, technical design, and implementation for ETRM products and their integrations with other related systems
• Perform technology assessments, project estimations, and planning
• Implement technology solutions with modern engineering practices, ideally using Cloud services, DevOps, CI/CD, automated unit testing and functional testing frameworks
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert of one or more ETRM products, drive people growth, and knowledge-management
• Provide leadership and technical direction to the project team of 10+ people

Your Skills and Experience:

• Extensive understanding and experience (8+ years) on ETRM engagements
• Experience in delivering programs using Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) is preferred
• Solid business understanding of trade lifecycle of different asset classes such as crude, refined products, natural gas, NGLs, power, etc.
• Good understanding of physical and financial instruments – purchase, sale, buy-sell, logistics, blending, inventory, futures, swaps, options, etc.
• Experience with developing ETRM product customizations/extensions such as business rules, reports, contract templates, invoice templates, system processes, and understanding of product data model.
• Experience with integration of ETRM products with other enterprise systems such as e-confirm, ICE/CME Exchanges, Shipping, Veson, etc.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Experience with CI/CD tools for build and release processes (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform for infrastructure as code, etc.)
• Experience in developing PaaS applications on Cloud using serverless components, messaging services, integration components, databases, etc.
• Experience with functional testing automation frameworks for ETRM products
• Advanced certifications on Cloud computing platforms
• Experience with ETRM Product upgrades
