Pay Rate: $50.11/hr to $51.11/hr

• Job Description:
• Responsible for running and maintaining the Speaker Certification programs as well as building and maintaining relationships with AWS speakers.
• Responsible for answering and handling requests in the AWS speaker inbox quickly and efficiently.
• Has experience building communications and maintaining training programs.
• Collects, tasks, and maintains information for speaker certification.
• Oversees the development and delivery of timely, accurate, and complete deliverables; Develops and delivers effective mobilization plans, project budgets, on-going cost management, etc.
• Excellent oral and written communication and attention to detail.
• Exemplary time management and prioritization skill set with the ability to assess risk and impact.
• Airtable and Articulate experience are a plus.
  
  What specific projects will the contractor be working on?
• The candidate is a self-starter with the ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and build partnerships to determine the right goals and inform program decisions.
• They deliver independently and take the lead running operations for training programs and collecting and assessing data.
• They will have excellent program management and analytical skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and deliver independently on both strategic and tactical program initiatives.
