Day to Day: 

open to having a function Business Analyst or Product Owner for his nCino application. Resource will be reviewing a long list of User Stories, Epics, system configurations and features for upcoming release. Resource will be required to review L1, L2 and L3 support tickets to identify trends and partner with the Project Management team to write new epics to bridge the gaps. This is now a business focused role instead of pure production support. 

Must Haves: We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst OR a Product Owner with the below experience:

• Hands on experience with implementing nCino
• Resource must have deep understanding of the nCino platform
• Resource must utilize Salesforce as their CRM tool with nCino
• (manager is open to reviewing candidates with 1 -2 years of experience with nCino)
• Financial Experience specifically with Credit/Commercial Banking Experience
• Experience working with the business

• Super strong communication skills, self driven, natural curiosity to learn and push. Resource will be leading 20-30 managing directors.
