Title: Senior Vendor Manager
Duration: FTE
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid 3days/week)

Day-to-Day:

Ensure success of the Vendor Governance Program, managing relationships with various vendors.
Implement standardized practices, performance scorecards, and risk management.
Lead cross-functional teams, support policy development, and oversee reporting deadlines.
Conduct contract reviews, manage onboarding, and reduce the supply base through rationalization.
Develop expense models, budgets, and provide training on Vendor Governance program.

Must Haves:

10 years of relevant experience (banking industry experience)
Knowledge of financial services operating model and Third-Party Management lifecycle.
Vendor Governance experience in banking industry and OSFI guidelines
Lean Six Sigma certification
Experience managing people
Excel spreadsheets (vlookups, IF function and pivot tables)
