Title: Senior Vendor Manager
Duration: FTE
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid 3days/week)
Day-to-Day:
- Ensure success of the Vendor Governance Program, managing relationships with various vendors.
- Implement standardized practices, performance scorecards, and risk management.
- Lead cross-functional teams, support policy development, and oversee reporting deadlines.
- Conduct contract reviews, manage onboarding, and reduce the supply base through rationalization.
- Develop expense models, budgets, and provide training on Vendor Governance program.
Must Haves:
- 10 years of relevant experience (banking industry experience)
Knowledge of financial services operating model and Third-Party Management lifecycle. - Vendor Governance experience in banking industry and OSFI guidelines
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience managing people
- Excel spreadsheets (vlookups, IF function and pivot tables)
