Project Engineer:

• Develops project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects. Identifies, develops, and gathers necessary resources to ensure project completion.
• Records and documents delay, changes in scope, and any other incidents that impact the scope of work or schedule to ensure smooth project operation
• Performs critical path analysis and prepares and implements work-around plans to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Operate in a team environment with other functional areas providing input to design solutions and participate in design reviews.


Preferred Qualifications:

• College Requirements: Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer
• Familiar with aerospace industry, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Self-directed; strong planning and organizational skills and is able adapt to changing priorities and assignments.
• Effective communicator with good judgment and strong critical thinking skills.
• Understands manufacturing processes, roles, systems, and objectives; works effectively within.
