Title: CAD Technician 

Hybrid in Seattle

Pay Rate: $35.00-36.00/hr.

4-month contract

CAD designer creates and modifies detailed drawings using CAD software from sketches, layouts or notes provided by Ops Integration. Contributes design modifications to facilitate system installation.

Services to be performed:
The high-level tasks and deliverables required for this project include: 
1) Develop understanding of GFC processes and overall building flow
2) generate AutoCAD layouts for GFC Retrofits. 
3) generate deployment drawing packages for construction teams 
4) Check drawing plots versus the project input for correctness and conformance to standards and works with engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards
5) May work with system management including file maintenance, backup and storage.
6) Contributes design modifications to facilitate system installation.
7) Conduct interference checks and perform quality control procedures on AutoCAD drawings.
8) Generate output files for partner teams to use.

Required skills: 
AutoCAD proficiency (intermediate, not expert). 
Revit
