Job Description:
Project Manage and Implement client SSO
  • Work with Relationship Managment to coordinate meetings with client.
  • Work with client technical teams to plan data exchange and testing
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise from setup
Okta Change Managment
  • Manage any upgrades to Okta widget
  • Keep track of Okta changes and escalate decisions on new features when  needed
  • Track and update settings changes
  • Update expired certificates
Other onboarding
  • Onboard clients to Snowflake by running scripts
  • Ad-hoc creation of Okta applications and authorization servers
General Support
  • Act as 1st level SME and triage support tickets for engineering team
  • Work on support tickets as available during business hours - no on-call expected
  • Suggest enhancements to automation and/support processes
  • Support Legacy SSO issues & generic Maintenance ( coordinated cert ( SP and IDP) updates for clients live on legacy SSO)
Skills:     
Expertise with Okta Administration
  • Expertise with SSO / SAML2 / OIDC / OAUTH
  • Strong Problem Solving
  • Project Managment skills a plus
