Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a Treasury Management Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating customers on the benefits of Treasury Management products and solutions, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.
• Responsibilities: Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value propositions of Treasury Management products
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Treasury Management solutions and understand competitors' offerings.
• Achieve sales goals through solution-based selling and cross-selling additional products.
• Assist with One Bank activities and support customer service and implementation issues.Track sales activities and referrals in a pipeline and manage using CRM tool.
• Partner with Support for product implementations and onboarding calls. Incorporate coaching feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
• Assist in cross-training team members on Treasury Management products.
• Suggest improvements to enhance productivity, employee engagement, and customer experience. Adhere to risk and compliance policies and guidelines
• Education Qualification: - High school diploma or equivalent Required Skills: Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks - Organizational and time management skills.
