Title: Senior Manager - Digital Platform Management

Type: FTE, Perm - Hybrid 3x week

Location: Toronto, ON or Winnipeg, MB

Day To Day:

Handle certain part of workload coming into the team
Data setup, data seating requirements
People management activities
Have a good view on work intake and distribute accordingly. Provide clear direction.
Provide leadership insight

Must Haves:

SForce experience: Sales cloud, Service cloud, Experience cloud, Financial services cloud – experience managing different orgs. Must know what an org is in SForce.
Prefers to see more system admin experience – someone who’s managed test environments on SForce, is familiar with user access management, permission settings, test data management. Accustomed with using tools to see test data for different project teams.
Bus. partners will come in and say can you find me a user in test env., find me an advisor who has x amount of clients, and certain net worth. This person needs to know how to do that or at least be able to manage the team to be able to do them. Looking for that related experience.
Data loading experience
Test data management experience - any experience dealing with data in SForce is important.
