We are seeking a professional who is looking to start a professional journey as a Transformation Project Manager with one of the largest Banking and Finance Corporation headquartered in NYC, NY or Tampa, FL

Job Title: Transformation Project Manager
Duration: 06 months (possibility of extension)
Responsibilities:
- Support all project phases and drive project execution and delivery
- Prepare communications for project sponsors and senior stakeholders
- Create project communications to engage key stakeholders and drive adoption of recommendations
- Develop re-usable intellectual capital and contribute to the team’s knowledgebase
- Perform research and obtain data as needed
- Analyze solutions to problems, develop hypotheses, frameworks, and methodologies
Education Qualification:
- Up to 7 years of experience in Financial Services, Consulting, or Investment Banking
- 1-2 years in a major management consulting firm or equivalent experience in a large Financial Services company
Required Skills:
- Project management (non-tech) / Business Analysis with 5-10 years of experience
- Experience in Consent order or MRA/MRIA work
- Regulatory Reporting experience
- Risk PMO experience
- Finance Transformation knowledge
- Risk & Controls expertise
- Strong focus on competency and a proactive mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in large-scale transformation or regulatory programs/projects
- Familiarity with agile/waterfall project management lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Experience in analyzing processes and creating process maps/user stories

- Develops and manages project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Conveys information to key stakeholders in written and verbal format
