Position Scope:
The business need for these employees is to help with shipping fulfillment for the RSA devices.
This job is really important as we need to make sure customers receive these devices to avoid service issues and customer complaints.
Position Details:
Position: Device Shipping Associate
Job duration: 6 months (Extension Possible)
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84116 (Onsite)
Work Schedule: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Mountain Time – Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $18.70/hour
Roles and Responsibilities:
Shipping RSA Devices, and receiving inventory, some physical labor (comfortable lifting 20-30 lbs).
The shipping part of the job is not the experience directly desired but the reliability and working with a team are the stand-out skills.
Able to lift 20-30 pound boxes.
Required Skills:
Customer Service is a large need, and working well in a team environment is very important.
Able to work with others to coordinate and perform without constant supervision.
Some use of MS Excel.
Navigation of MS Windows.
Will need to use OneNote/Word doc as well for note-taking.
Experience within the financial industry is a big plus as the goal is for them to move into casework.
Excellent communication skills.
