  • HR Coordinator will be responsible for handling a variety of HR-related transactions, providing support to employees and management, and ensuring HR policies and programs are followed.
  • Monitor general HR email box, create HR cases, and assign them to appropriate Consultants
  • Respond to requests concerning HR policies/programs and route requests for additional information
  • Process new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, and termination of employment
  • Input employee data into HRIS database and document activities as requested
  • Associate’s degree and no experience OR at least 1 year of human resources experience
  • Ability to learn quickly and pick up processes and systems on the fly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus
