- HR Coordinator will be responsible for handling a variety of HR-related transactions, providing support to employees and management, and ensuring HR policies and programs are followed.
- Monitor general HR email box, create HR cases, and assign them to appropriate Consultants
- Respond to requests concerning HR policies/programs and route requests for additional information
- Process new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, and termination of employment
- Input employee data into HRIS database and document activities as requested
- Associate’s degree and no experience OR at least 1 year of human resources experience
- Ability to learn quickly and pick up processes and systems on the fly
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus
