Job Description: 
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst Senior to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in risk assessment or audit, with a solid understanding of SOC reports.
  • This role involves analyzing risks and controls, communicating escalations to management, and recommending action plans to mitigate risk factors.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and assess risks that the organization and its suppliers may face.
  • Evaluate and analyze supplier controls, identify risk findings, and document evaluations.
  • Recommend action plans and remediation strategies to decrease risk factors.
  • Gather and handle confidential financial information from clients.
  • Make risk-avoiding adjustments to minimize future risks.
  • Conduct research using various methods, including internet searches and first-person interviews.
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understand and align with the goals and values of each division and FRE.
  • Maintain attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Utilize strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, data entry, and MS Office.
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
Required Skills:
  • Experience in risk assessment or audit.
  • Knowledge of SOC reports.
  • Background in information security (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as CIA, CRISC, CISA, CISM (preferred).
  • Background in supply chain management (preferred).
  • Experience in compliance risk management audit (preferred).
  • Knowledge of risk frameworks.
