Responsibilities:
- Will down low on the scenarios and help the development teams combat bugs
- Will be tuning a lot of the directed dialog messages
- Production rollout and post-prod validation
- Intertwined heavily with development groups
Technology Required:
- Overall experience and understanding of the grammar/grammar tunning
- IVR Design experience
- Speech tuning experience
- Basic understanding of how to talk to the IT/Development teams
- Understand the flow of the way things are supposed to go from communication channels
