Responsibilities:
- Production maintenance and enhancement
- Ensure all APS procedures are followed by teams performing Global Credit Support in Production
- Provides 1st and 2nd level support front to end including e-trading, risk, booking & settlement.
- Manage and own P1/P2 incidents and problems end to end.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a numerate subject (Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Application Support
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
