Responsibilities:

  • Production maintenance and enhancement
  • Ensure all APS procedures are followed by teams performing Global Credit Support in Production
  • Provides 1st and 2nd level support front to end including e-trading, risk, booking & settlement.
  • Manage and own P1/P2 incidents and problems end to end.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a numerate subject (Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Application Support
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
