Must Haves:

  • Capacity management/Capacity planner/Capacity analyst experience – analyzing data for applications, benchmarking, forecasting of mid-range systems and architecture
  • Should have minimum total of 6 years of experience, can be in combination with other relevant infrastructure roles
  • Experience with TrueSight Capacity Optimization (TSCO) too
  • Understanding of distributed systems architecture
  • Business analytics/data analytics/business intelligence background
  • Tableau or PowerBI for data analysis/data modeling
  • Experience working in an large enterprise organization
  • Excel proficiency for data modeling and forecasting

Plusses:

  • Cloud architecture experience and/or certifications to are helpful for understanding of how systems are designed, interdependencies, how to monitor them, etc.
  • Banking/Financial background
