About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as a task lead to plan and design analysis, oversee enhanced reporting development, and provide input on complex reports and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Brief analysis results and recommendations to executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and abstract high-level information into details
  • Document requirements, assemble, prepare, and analyze data in respective business areas
  • Adjust rapidly to shifts in priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and mentor junior Reporting Analysts

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field Required

Skill:

  • 5 years of experience in reporting analysis or data management
  • Strong research and investigative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Data Management\Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Upon Hire
