Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension / Conversion)
Pay range: $45-50/hr.
Job Description:
-
Must have development experience in AEM, HTML5, CSS3, JS, and Project Management tools such as JIRA.
-
Assisting with developing webpages for new product integrations, Campaigns, and Promotions using AEM Templates/Components.
-
Troubleshoot performance issues to ensure identical rendering across browsers, and devices.
-
Work on projects that include web layout enhancements and website enhancements.
-
Ability to contribute to the creation, assessment, and validation of project requirements.
-
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks.
-
Collaborate with quality assurance, technical teams, and management to deliver high quality outputs.
-
Recommend and design standard and custom JIRA workflows.
-
Create, configure, and customize JIRA projects, workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permission schemes and notification schemes to meet business needs.
-
JIRA features & its implementation knowledge like how to create user stories, how to link with an EPIC, what is sprint, project release etc.
-
Apply deep familiarity and experience with Scrum, Kanban, Agile best practices, and tools to promote individual, team, project, and organizational success.
-
Create and configure metrics, dashboards, reports, and advanced filters in JIRA to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports.
Skills:

Understanding of responsive frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap 4.0).

Experience with JIRA Administration, Project management/Collaboration tools.
-
Experience with multiple content management systems a big plus.
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-
Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-
Knowledge and skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
-
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills while working under tight time constraints.
-
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize.
Education:
-
2+ years of content management experience, preferably AEM.
-
2+ years of development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
-
2+ years of Jira admin experience (User management, workflows).
