Title:  Senior Customer Service (Night Shift)
Location:  Onsite | Phoenix, AZ 
Duration: Contract through 12/2024, extensions possible, possible FTE opportunity (must be ready to earn it)..
OVERNIGHT SHIFT: Wednesday-Sunday or Thursday-Monday (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Pay Range: $27/hr to $30/hr 
Interview: Virtual / Onsite

Must Haves:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience with customer service experience in enterprise banking or financial call center environment
    • Strong soft skills – “client delight” focused
  • Multitasker, especially between computer systems
  • Receptive to feedback, growth minded, trainable, willing to learn.
  • Proactive communication – on time, engaged.
  • Self-motivated – works independently.
