Job Description: Paid Media Marketing Analytics Manager

  • We are seeking a Paid Media Marketing Analytics Manager to join and contribute to the success of our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will analyze paid media channel performance, providing valuable insights that drive effective campaign planning and optimization. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in-house digital analytics, including insights, audience targeting, and measurement.
  • Translate business needs into analytics solutions and manage end-to-end development.
  • Collaborate with technology and marketing teams to ensure data integration for seamless analysis.
  • Improve reporting of paid channel performance, linking marketing KPIs to business outcomes.
  • Work closely with media and brand teams to optimize digital campaigns.
  • Explore advanced analytics solutions for enhanced media performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in paid channel marketing analytics.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Pay range:

$40/hr. - $45/hr.

Work Schedule:
