MUST HAVES

  • 7-10+ years of IT experience
  • 3-4+ years of Axiom Development
    • They only need 3 years of Axiom, but this is not a junior role. This person should have at least 5 years in IT prior to that!
  • Database and reporting knowledge
    • Need to know how to mine data, manipulate data, and write a query
  • BI Tools: Either Tableau, Qlikview, or other BI tools
    • Tableau would be a big PLUS
