Job Description:

• We are seeking a Bilingual Project Manager to lead and execute projects within Innovation, Intellectual Capital, and Sales for Health and Benefits Canada.
• The role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to manage stakeholders, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery.
• Candidates should be bilingual, resourceful, technically proficient, and have experience in employee benefits and Power BI knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Innovation and Sales Leaders with project execution and tracking annual objectives.
• Manage surveys end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering results to clients.
• Oversee commercialization efforts for new solutions and manage marketing strategies to increase visibility.
• Manage Dynamics CRM, ensuring data accuracy and supporting internal colleagues with updates and reporting.
• Coordinate French translations, create deliverables, and maintain content for the H&B Canada intranet site.
• Support with new business opportunities and proposal development.
• Experience in employee benefits and Power BI is an asset.
