• Develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges

• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions
• Strategically engage with client personnel

• Experience of developing enterprise applications with Rust
• Experience of developing smart contracts on CosmWasm, Solidity, and/or Solana
• A deep understanding of DeFi and crypto financial concepts
• Experience deploying complex smart contracts that have been used on mainnet of a top blockchain
• A deep understanding of one or more smart contract platforms including CosmWasm and Solan
• Experience with implementing complex math in smart contracts
• Experience with DeFi testing, security, or auditing
