Education Qualification:•Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associates Degree in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing•3 years clinical experience, and 5 years HEDIS and Overread experience.•At least two consecutive HEDIS seasons with the same company.•10 years of recent HEDIS abstractions/overreads experience in the payer/health insurance side of HEDIS or with a HEDIS vendorRequired Skills:•3 years clinical experience and 5 years HEDIS and Overread experience•At least two consecutive HEDIS seasons with the same company•Ability to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team•Current knowledge of clinical practices related to HEDIS and Medical Record Review•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and attention to detail•Experience in using MS Office and web-based technology•Excellent verbal and written communication skillsThis is hybrid role, the candidate needs to be onsite 2/3days quarterly.
