Required skills:

Experienced Manager with a strong track record in leadership and people management.
The ideal candidate will possess years of proven leadership skills, demonstrated success in leading teams, and a deep understanding of how to inspire and guide individuals toward achieving goals.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate individuals to achieve their best Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Demonstrated ability to manage performance and provide feedback.
A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and development of team members.
TechStack: Mainframe, Cobol a plus.
Experience encouraging teamwork and serving as role model when leading and directing others.
Understand technical, business and operational impacts of a project or problem.
