Day to Day:
  • Focus on maintaining and enhancing Oracle-based utility applications. 
  • Integrating real-time data into Exelon's systems and making sure billing, metering, and customer support processes run efficiently?
  • Implementing custom solutions related to MBM and CCMB for utility operations
 
Must haves:
Relevant experience in the industry 
  • CC&B (customer care and billing)
  • MDM (meter-based billing)
