Job Description:

• We are seeking a Release Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL.
• This role will be responsible for ensuring our release management processes adhere to Enterprise Change Management Standards and adapt to new toolsets for delivering Cyber Security application solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with project teams to understand release requirements and coordinate release details
• Document releases in the Release Manager tool and shepherd releases through the change process using BMC Remedy
• Communicate with technical change review boards and adhere to change governance standards
• Assist in adopting new release management toolsets and processes
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Development Team, and Stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Quick learner and self-starter with ability to work independently
• Adherence to Enterprise Change Management Standards using JIRA, Release Manager, and BMC Remedy
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to document processes, procedures, and workflows
• Detailed oriented with ability to follow Enterprise Change Process
• Strong communication skills for driving processes across the organization
