About the Role:

  • We are seeking a self-motivated Plant Transformation Lab Technician to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for working on plant transformation and tissue culture to support the research dicot lab.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist technical personnel in general laboratory operations and routine tasks
  • Perform tasks according to accepted methods and training prescribed by the work group
  • Concentrate, pay attention to details, and work efficiently independently and collaboratively
  • Troubleshoot and develop effective solutions when problems occur 
  • Maintain organized records of work, project data, and other information as needed

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Associate Degree in Biology, Microbiology, or a related field 1
