Job Description

Team Overview:

  • The Modern Delivery Office manages and refines the firm's software delivery methodologies, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives and fostering consistency and continuity across business divisions.
  • With a focus on a customer and product-centric approach, this team provides frameworks and guidance to drive improvement across the organization.

Role Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Content Manager will play a key role in change management for critical enterprise projects, utilizing change management methodologies and tools to drive adoption and integration.
  • Responsibilities include assessing project impacts, conducting change readiness analyses, and managing stakeholder engagement.

 

Key tasks include:

  • Leading communication and training efforts for technology delivery, developing key communications and training materials.
  • Designing and executing change strategies for various projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and vision.
  • Creating impactful visualizations and digestible content for executive reporting, translating complex data into accessible formats.
  • Providing input on requirements and supporting the design and implementation of training programs.

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in a related field, with 2+ years in Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in change management and program management, with a history of leading complex, multi-portfolio change efforts.
  • Experience developing modern training materials (e.g., on-demand training video series).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to navigate organizational dynamics.
  • Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of the secondary mortgage market is a plus.
