Must have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Management
• AWS Expertise: Expertise in architecting and managing AWS solutions with deep knowledge of cloud-native services and infrastructure
• Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and Portal: Experience designing, building, or maintaining IDPs for development teams, enabling self-service environments and CI/CD capabilities
• Observability: Establish robust observability frameworks, including monitoring, logging, and tracing, to ensure the health and performance of all systems
• Networking: Design and manage secure and optimized networking solutions within AWS, including VPCs, subnets, and network security
• DevOps Tools and Automation: Extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD tools
• (Jenkins, Argo, Github Actions), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, Go) to automate operational tasks
• Security and Compliance: Familiarity with cloud security best practices, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and data protection in the cloud
• Leadership Experience: Experience in leading cross-functional teams or mentoring junior engineers in cloud and DevOps practices
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile and DevOps-focused organizations
