About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing enrollment applications in the Healthcare Insurance, Workers Comp, or Medicaid markets. This role requires interacting professionally with providers and ancillary staff to ensure timely and appropriate responses to inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance for Medicaid programs.
Responsibilities:
- Process enrollment applications in Healthcare Insurance, Workers Comp, or Medicaid markets.
- Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to provide timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Process 100% of assigned applications daily and meet minimum daily quotas.
- Validate provider submitted enrollment information to ensure minimum standards are met.
- Send deficiency letters to notify providers of incomplete applications
Education Qualification:
High school degree or GED required.
- 2 years of college preferred (emphasis on Business Administration or Healthcare Management) or equivalent work experience
Required Skills:
- Detail-oriented.
- Experience in processing enrollment applications in Healthcare Insurance, Workers Comp, or Medicaid markets.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
