• Evaluates, analyzes, designs, tests and maintains company Human Resources & Payroll Information System
• Assist with the implementation and/or modification of new and existing applications and help ensure client needs and business processes are appropriately sported and enhanced.
• Process employee information and maintains accurate employee records in the Human Resource Information System.

• Bachelor’s degree with an accredited program in computer science, business administration, or related discipline or comparable work experience.
• Five or more years of hands-on enterprise platform HRIS experience, ten or more years related work experience preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience managing & maintaining a full suite of HR systems such as Ultimate Software, Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP, SAP, Cognos BI 10, Report-smith, Ultimate Time & Attendance, Taleo, Success Factors preferred.
• Prior experience in data conversion, database management, data mapping.
