Evaluates, analyzes, designs, tests and maintains company Human Resources & Payroll Information System

Assist with the implementation and/or modification of new and existing applications and help ensure client needs and business processes are appropriately sported and enhanced.

Process employee information and maintains accurate employee records in the Human Resource Information System.
- Bachelor’s degree with an accredited program in computer science, business administration, or related discipline or comparable work experience.
- Five or more years of hands-on enterprise platform HRIS experience, ten or more years related work experience preferred.
- Proven hands-on experience managing & maintaining a full suite of HR systems such as Ultimate Software, Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP, SAP, Cognos BI 10, Report-smith, Ultimate Time & Attendance, Taleo, Success Factors preferred.
- Prior experience in data conversion, database management, data mapping.
