Duration: 3 months Contract-to-hire
Location: Walnut Creek, CA - Onsite

Payrange: $42-$50

Day to day:

Provides administrative support to Senior Vice President of Origination and other commercial and regulatory team members for the Western Region.
Performs a variety of functions with regard to contracts, commercial, regulatory and legal documents, including word processing, proof reading, processing for execution and transmitting.
Prepares engagement letters for outside counsel and process AP invoices for legal and commercial teams.

Requirements

Associate’s degree, Technical/Business School or equivalent.
Typically requires minimum 7 years’ experience, including advanced support skills and extensive knowledge of tools, software and other technologies.
Strong job tenure, with large professional organizations or legal administration experience
