About the Role:

  • We are seeking a CSC Customer Service Rep II to join our Customer Service team.
  • The primary responsibilities of this role include answering phones for both public and internal customers, documenting and dispatching work requests, assisting in special projects, and monitoring environmental alarms.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones for public and internal customers 
  • Documenting and dispatching work requests
  • Assisting in special projects
  • Monitoring environmental alarms
  • Assisting with workflow and assignments for patient transporters
  • Providing feedback to leadership on process improvements
  • Performing all position appropriate duties in a competent, professional, and courteous manner

Education Qualification:

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

Required Skills:

  • Ability to handle difficult situations and provide conflict resolution
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in an administrative support role and/or customer service preferred
  • Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience preferred 
  • Management retains the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed

Pay Range:

  • $17 - $18/hr.
