Must-Have Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience with WFM UKG reporting, specifically with:
    • Reporting
    • Data dictionary
    • Modules
  2. Strong testing background, ideally with Test Assure for automated report writing (or comparable automated testing tools).
  3. Ability to identify backend regression issues and test data dictionaries effectively.
  4. For Lead roles only:
    • 7+ years of experience.
    • Experience leading a QA team, including people management skills.

Position Overview:
We are seeking 3 highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professionals with hands-on experience in UKG Data View, Reports, and Data Hub to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team. These individuals will be responsible for the testing and successful delivery of comprehensive HR, Legal, and Compliance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Testing and Validation:
  • Execute testing of reports and data integrations within the UKG Data Hub and Data View environment.
  • Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and scripts for HR, Legal, and Compliance reports, ensuring thorough validation.
  • Identify, document, and track issues or defects, working with development teams to resolve them.
  • Perform regression testing for new report versions and data changes.
2. Data Accuracy and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure reports are built with accurate data extracted from UKG systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with business rules.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure reports meet functional and technical needs.
4. Program Timelines and Deliverables:
  • Monitor and track testing timelines to meet program deadlines.
  • Provide regular updates to management on testing progress and milestones.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test cycles, including test cases, results, and defect logs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for report quality improvements.
6. Continuous Improvement:
  • Suggest and implement testing process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Stay updated on UKG system changes and adapt testing procedures accordingly.

Qualifications:
Experience:
  • 5-7 years of hands-on QA experience with UKG Data View, Data Hub, and reporting systems.
  • Proven ability to test and deliver HR, Legal, and Compliance reports in a Workforce Management (WFM) environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data validation and reporting testing processes.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in UKG platforms (Data View, Data Hub, Reports).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with HR, Legal, and Compliance regulations for reporting.
Tools and Methodologies:
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestAssure).
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools (preferred but not required).
  • Agile development methodology experience.
Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
