Must haves:

 

  • Experience negotiating vendor (staffing, consulting, professional/managed service) contracts- negotiating terms, redlining contracts, understanding of industry-standard terms and associated risk(s), coordinating with vendor throughout the redlining process up until signature
  • Experience presenting to executives/high-level stakeholders on what contracts and SOWs are going through redlines/approvals and where they are at in the process
  • Familiarity with standard contract terms for contracts pertaining to staffing, consulting, and professional/managed service suppliers
  • Experience managing multiple vendor contract negotiations at once
  • Familiarity with onboarding new/existing suppliers into an online invoicing portal
