Day to Day:
  • Writing, testing, and debugging Java code using Spring MVC framework to build web applications and RESTful APIs.
  • Working with Oracle databases to design, create, and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, and queries.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to ensure application stability and performance.
  • Collaborating with other team members (e.g., architects, testers, DevOps engineers) to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software.
  • Continuously learning about new Java features, Spring MVC enhancements, Oracle database advancements, and cloud technologies to stay proficient in your field.
 
Must Haves:
  • The candidate must have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Java 8 
  • The candidate must have a strong understanding of Spring MVC framework.
  • Experience in developing and working with RESTful APIs
  • The candidate should be familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database 
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, including stored procedures
  • Exposure to Cloud Technolgies including OpenShift or AWS
