About the Role:

• We are looking for a Sr. Scrum Master to lead multiple cross-functional teams or Agile Release Trains (ART) in adopting Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Lean practices.
• The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous learning, growth mindset, and agile maturity within the teams/ART.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the team's progress towards goals by acting as a facilitator for multiple teams or as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a SAFe Agile release train.
• Lead team/ART efforts in continuous improvement, facilitating retrospectives, problem-solving, and team meetings.
• Support the team/ART in improving communications and relationships with other teams, coordinating work, and representing the team in program level ceremonies.
• Eliminate impediments by engaging stakeholders and improving transparency.
• Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership behaviors to nurture a Lean-Agile mindset in the team, leadership, and program.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Required Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and Lean practices.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives to improve business agility.
• Knowledge of Agile metrics and practices.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
• Ability to drive culture change to improve agility within teams and ARTs.

Pay Range: 
$65 - $75/hr.
