Responsibilities:
- Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to address inquiries and concerns related to provider enrollment.
- Process 100% of assigned applications and maintenance requests following documented work instructions.
- Identify deficiencies in applications and communicate with providers to make necessary corrections.
- Respond to inquiries regarding application status and resolve enrollment application deficiencies via phone.
Education Qualification:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience enrolling and credentialing healthcare providers.
- Required Skills:
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding problem solving and organizational abilities.
