Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Duration: Contract to hire after 90 days
Location: Walnut Creek, CA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $35/hr - $40/hr
Day to Day:
- Provides administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Origination and other commercial and regulatory team members for the Western Region.
- Performs a variety of functions about contracts, and commercial, regulatory, and legal documents, including word processing, proofreading, processing for execution, and transmitting.
- Maintains records and files for projects and ensures company records are properly saved under the Client’s document management policy.
- Answers and screens telephone calls and takes messages.
- Manages calendars, coordinates meetings, books travel arrangements, and plans events.
- Exercises discretion and judgment and prioritizes requests from multiple departments and/or functions; regularly required to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques.
