Location: Richmond Hill, ON - Hybrid (but more flexible for contractors, 2-3 day/week)

What will they accomplish on a high level:

This role involves designing and building scalable, high-performance applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.

Senior-level coding expertise (10/10 proficiency).
Primary focus on C# and .NET.
5–10 years of experience in building microservices.
Interview process: Includes building a RESTful API based on provided requirements.
Back end focused (front-end is now a plus)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Must Haves:

5-10 years of experience building web applications using C#, .NET (Version 8), Docker, Kubernetes, Azure
5-10 years of experience building Micro Services, Web Services, WCF, Rest API, Web API and .Net-based Web Services for integration with third party applications.
5-10 years experienced in Test Driven Development, Unit Testing.
5+ years experience writing TSQL queries and statements.
Experience using source control systems such as GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Swagger when building API's
Experience with object oriented languages

Nice to Haves:

Enterprise-level project experience in domains like education or healthcare.
Familiarity with MS Teams SDK, Power Automate, and advanced search tools like Azure Cognitive Search.
Next JS, HTML5.0, Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap
Experience working with UI development technologies, mainly React, Type Script
