Must-Have:

5+ years experience working in Payroll Tax - strong understanding of Gross Pay and Net Pay

Experience with refunds, amended returns, filing state taxes

Multi-state tax experience, a large company with many states across the country (20 states)

Understanding of Reciprocity - if you work in one state and live in another - locals' tax experience

Ms skill - excel, not afraid of pivot tables and v lookups - data analysis
