Responsibilities:

• Determine end-to-end design requirements for large projects
• Define strategies for technical solutions in collaboration with business partners
• Develop functional designs based on analysis of business needs and existing systems infrastructure
• Drive and participate in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide applications
• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical designs
• Manage projects, including project budget and responsibilities
• Work on enterprise-wide projects requiring creative solutions

Education Qualification:

• Background in systems development lifecycle, project management, IT and business strategy, business/systems analysis and design, requirements gathering, and business process modeling
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools (Waterfall Agile)
• Technology project background and understanding of full SDLC
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse levels and styles in both business and technical areas

Required Skills:

• Agile tools experience (Jira)
• Experience in managing technology projects
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strong initiative, conscientiousness, and follow-through
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders

Pay Rate: $50/hr- $55/hr
