Position Details:
Title: NSF Collector
Duration: 8+ months
Location: Dartmouth, NS (3x /Week onsite in office)
Compensation: $20-$27/Hour
Interview process: 1 round
Day to Day:
• Identify customers with outstanding debts.
• Contact and track debtors, encouraging timely repayment.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries.
• Create and implement debt collection courses of action.
• Negotiate specific payment plan arrangements with debtors.
• Investigate discrepancies to resolve outstanding customer accounts
Must Haves:
• Fully bilingual in english and french
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• 1-2 year of experience with the below in credit/Collections management
• Strong customer service (client facing)
• Administrative tasks
• Call center environment
• Account Receivable
