Position Details:Title: NSF CollectorDuration: 8+ months Location: Dartmouth, NS (3x /Week onsite in office)Compensation: $20-$27/HourInterview process: 1 round Day to Day:• Identify customers with outstanding debts.• Contact and track debtors, encouraging timely repayment.• Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries.• Create and implement debt collection courses of action.• Negotiate specific payment plan arrangements with debtors.• Investigate discrepancies to resolve outstanding customer accounts
Must Haves: • Fully bilingual in english and french• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role• 1-2 year of experience with the below in credit/Collections management• Strong customer service (client facing)• Administrative tasks• Call center environment• Account Receivable
